Best workout in Seattle/Bellevue! Clean, fun, efficient

This review is long overdue. My wife Julie and I have been taking classes from Shred415 in Bellevue since October of 2023. From the very first class we took and stepped into the studio, we were welcomed by a very friendly and professional staff. The owners Alice and Fadil are the most kindest, friendliest, and genuine people you will ever meet. The team of instructors and staff are there to ensure you have the best experience the moment you walk into their door. Vibe is very welcoming, studio is pristine and clean, equipment is well kept, lots of towels and hand wipes to ensure a clean and fresh environment. You’ll definitely get a full workout if that’s what you’re looking for. If that’s not your jam, there’s no pressure at all from the instructors. They just want you to have a good time. The instructors are very positive, motivating, and inspiring and will take the time to demonstrate each exercise to ensure you have proper form and technique and most of all are having a good time. Alice, Fadil, and the entire Shred415 Bellevue team is all about providing the Best & Exceptional Customer Service 100 percent of the time. We Love it there so much, we’ve invited a lot of our friends to try a first class for Free, which is not the norm for a lot of other exercise places. Once they’ve tried it, they end up coming back for more! Thank You Shred415 Bellevue for treating us and all your members like family.

Such a fun but challenging workout! Couldn’t recommend enough!

One of my favorite classes ever - I even drive 45 minutes each way to take it. On average I burn over 500k per class, which includes both cardio bursts and muscle burning. The energy makes you work harder, and everyone looks good in the orange light.
