The workout classes at Shred 415 are top-notch and high energy. The instructors are highly skilled and experienced but also incredibly motivating. They pushed me to challenge myself and go beyond my limits, all while ensuring proper form and technique. Each class was well-structured, leaving me feeling accomplished and energized.

This place is fantastic. When my girlfriend and I moved from Seattle to Bellevue we didn’t know if we could find a Barry’s replacement, but this place delivered. The workouts are hard with plenty of easier variations, instructors are great, and facilities are nice. Only suggestions are to use the provided earplugs (it’s *very* loud) and the towels for the showers aren’t the best. We love this place!!
